No Call, No Show Policy At Valley Cryo we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client Doesn’t Show up or doesn’t call to let us know they can no longer come, it leaves our employee’s schedules open when they could’ve seen someone else. Please be aware if you no call no show at our spa your card on file will be charged $50 OR 50% OF service if service is less than $50 for the missed appointment.
